Making a Purchase:
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Purchase items" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payments: If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
Please note: however, we can only accept orders for delivery to UK addresses.
Tax and Charges:
We will not usually debit your card until despatch of your order has been complete however, at times of heavy trading ie during festive holidays where orders are queued for processing and packing, we may debit your card the day prior to despatch. Please note: your card statement will show Best Imports Ltd and NOT JB-UK as the transaction debitor.
We accept most major credit & debit cards. We do not accept American Express.
30 day Refund Policy:
If for any reason you are unhappy with a purchase made from us, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received it. Use the Returns form & label following the simple instructions stated. This form is sent out with each order. If you lose this form please contact us on 0800 018 4416 for advice. We will refund by cheque within 14 days - please note we do not refund direct to card as we do not keep your card details after your order has been processed and sent. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Order Cancellations:
You may cancel your order up until the point we ship by Telephoning us on 0800 018 4416. After that you will be required to return the order at your own cost whereupon we'll issue a cheque for the full initial amount. We will refund by cheque within 14 days - please note we do not refund direct to card as we do not keep your card details after your order has been processed and sent. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please note: that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error.
