Delivery

We ship to UK addresses only

All deliveries will require a Signature upon Receipt therefore we cannot accept deliveries to PO Box numbers. If you are regularly not in during the day please stipulate a work address as parcel re-direction to a new address will incur an additional charge.

Mainland UK Delivery

Flat rate of £5.38 using Interlink Business courier service. Mainland orders over £50.00 FREE Delivery

We endeavour to ship within 5 working days of order receipt Monday-Thursday only, however during festive seasons this may take considerably longer, please order extra early at these times to ensure you are not disappointed.

Offshore UK Delivery

Flat rate of £13.70 using DPD 2 day courier service. Offshore orders over £100 FREE Delivery
Offshore UK covers:

  • Isle of Man
  • Channel Islands
  • Scilly Isles
  • Isle of Wight
  • Scottish Islands, ( including Hebrides, Orkney, Shetland)
  • N.Ireland

All Deliveries

All orders can be tracked online and require a signature upon delivery.
NB. Interlink is a 24 hr service (except for the more remote areas of NW & Western Scotland and including the following postcodes: KW1-3, KW5-14, IV3, IV21-28, HS1-8, PH31-44). DPD is a 2 day service.

These delivery times are from when we ship your order, NOT from receipt of order.

Delivery Schedule

We will try and deliver your order as soon as possible. You will normally receive your order within 7 days, usually sooner. Please note that all orders will require a signature upon receipt. We cannot take responsibility of late deliveries caused by no signatory being available. Please bear this in mind when ordering - you may prefer to have your order delivered to your work address for instance. A redirection to a new address after the parcel has shipped WILL incur additional charges. If you are regularly not at home then stipulate a work, relative or neighbours address at time of ordering.

Order Tracking

On the day we ship your order we will send you a consignment note number and tracking link. This is important! This will take you to the couriers website where you can keep an eye on your parcels progress and even be given a delivery window estimate (Interlink only).

Should you see a failed delivery attempt please contact the number on the card that has been left or alternatively ring the local depot direct using the depot finder tool on the site, to arrange a re-delivery. This 2nd attempt will not incur a charge however it must be to the same address you originally stipulated on your order.

Please note: If the depot is not contacted, after a period of time with no instruction received, they will automatically return the parcel back to us at which point we will refund your order less the initial delivery cost as per our terms and conditions.

Delivery problems/delays

Please note delivery notifications sent by us and delivery estimates shown by the courier under their tracking facility are precisely that, estimates. We’ll do our best and 99% of the time they are accurate, however we cannot be held responsible for delays, service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond our or our couriers control, such as but not limited to adverse weather conditions, floods, explosions, accidents, exceptional traffic congestion, riots, war, terrorism, strikes and industrial disputes.

30 day Refund Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with a purchase made from us, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received it. Use the Returns form & label following the simple instructions stated. This form is sent out with each order. If you lose this form please contact us on 0800 018 4416 for advice. We will refund direct to card upon receipt of goods*.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.

*We will not refund your costs in returning the item to us and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part or because it is defective.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order up until the point we ship by Telephoning us on 0800 018 4416. After that you will be required to return the order at your own cost whereupon we'll issue a refund direct to card upon receipt of goods*.

*Where you are withdrawing from your purchase after delivery has been made and there has been no error on our part, nor are the goods faulty or damaged, we will refund only the cost of the item/s. We will not refund the cost of delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
