Competition Terms

Rules and Regulations

1. The competition draw will be run on a monthly basis.
2. Entries will be cleared and the competition will reset itself at midnight on the last day of every month.
3. Multiple or Duplicated Entries during a single month will be deleted.
4. Automated/bulk entries and entries from third parties will be disqualified.
5. Winners will be restricted from entering again for a period of 12 months.
6. Employees and agents of Best Imports Ltd. and their immediate families are excluded.
7. Winners notification will be by EMAIL only. It is crucial that entrants supply valid emails. We will not be held responsible for bounced/spammed emails. Winners names will also be posted on this website each month to assist winners identify themselves
8. Winners will be requested to & must contact our offices, by phone prior to delivery, to both claim their prize & for the subsequent delivery & security verifications. Prizes will not be dispatched without this verification process occurring.
9. Prizes will be held for 6 months from the competition end. Winners not contacting our offices within 6 months of month end of the particular competition to claim their prize will no longer be eligible to do so
10. Delivery will be by courier therefore entrants must supply their correct & full address & postcode. Incomplete entries will be considered void.
11. We neither sell nor pass on your personal details to any 3rd parties.
12. Competition is open to UK residents ONLY (England, Scotland, Wales, Channel Islands and N. Ireland).
13. Best Imports will identify all WINNERS on this website.
