OK so Ferdie Yeatsy doesn't sound like a proper name but the guy is FOR REAL and in day to day life he is called David Dennison. Here he is (on the left) presenting a big fat cheque to Peter Foot, Chairman of the Roy Castle Fund - for money raised by the galloping sales of CLIP CHEESECAKE AND THE MAJELLIC BEANS. Remember you can buy your copy on line with Jelly Belly AND we'll send you a free 45g box of Beanaturals. Yummy, Funny and Kind in one package because all proceeds from the book go to this important cancer charity.
We just couldn't resist this! Too adorable. This is a great, funny book with fab illustrations by David Barnett.. Written for 8 year olds of all ages. That is to say, kids at heart who love jelly beans. Read more about CLIP CHEESECAKE AND THE MAJELLIC BEANS on BEANWORLD. It's written by Ferdie Yeatsy (as in 38-C!) a wonderful bean of a man who is giving all the proceeds of this book to The Roy Castle Fund for Cancer Research. And if you want to make someone happy this summer, send them a copy of the book and we'll give you a 45g box of scrummy Beanaturals!
a VERY big day in America. The USA share our Red, White and Blue national colours so here is today's special recipe: 1 Very Cherry + 2 Coconut + 1 Blueberry = Tricolour Blast. The best! Have a wonderful day and enjoy the sunshine. Serina Williams and Rafael Nadal certainly will.
Happy Birthday to Lindsay Lohan who although she has lived a long and incredibly full life is only 24 today. Lindsay is busy, talented, beautiful, and outrageous and sometimes unlucky. Today while celebrating her birthday she got punched by a waitress in an LA Club. Apparently she (the waitress) was jealous. Well, yes..... but.....! Lindsay is a huge fan of Jelly Belly - here's a pic of her holding up a box of Jelly Belly which she signed for charity - it raised loads of money! Thank you Lindsay. Your special recipe today is 2 Lemon Lime + 1 Wild Blackberry + 1 Strawberry Cheesecake = Lindsay Lime Pie. Here's one for the waitress - from our wild and weird Beanboozled range: 1 Baby Wipe + 2 vomit + 1 pencil shavings = Don't Mess With Lindsay Goulash!
Not surprisingly, a lot of wine connoisseurs love Grape Jelly Belly bean. They are generally introduced to it aged about three and a half and it is for them the first step in the direction of expanding their palate and exploring their senses. Grape flavour is distinctive and smooth with a cheeky hint of gravitas. If your favourite Jelly Belly bean flavour is Grape then you attend lots of parties, eat lots of gourmet food and if you are of legal age, drink lots of wine. We recommend this flavour to everyone who truly appreciates the finest things in life. Or as Luciano Pavarotti put it: "One of the very nicest things about life is the way we must regularly stop whatever it is we are doing and devote our attention to eating and drinking"
The beginning of the month saw National Ice Cream Week but given the blazing sunshine perhaps it would have been better to have celebrated it last week instead. What a scorcher! It was the perfect weather for everyone who loves ice cream flavours but don't appreciate sticky soggy stuff dripping all over the place. If you prefer to make your treat last that bit longer in the sun, you'll LOVE the Jelly Belly Ice Cream Parlour mix. Never mind the cone, a handful of these and you'll never go for that 99 again! Creamy luscious and oh so delectably irresistible. Apple Pie, Birthday Cake, Chocolate Chunk, Mint Chocolate and the yummy Strawberry Sundae. Just what you need to cheer yourself up after yesterday's DREADFUL World Cup result. Never mind, Louis Hamilton is still leading the way in F1 and Andy Murray is in with a chance.
Summer Solstice has arrived in all its glory. This is the longest and strongest day of the year so celebrate your power, strength and abundance because from tomorrow onwards the days get a little shorter and darker. Our special recipe today is 1 Crushed Pineapple + 1 Lemon + 2 Mango = Sunny Side Up Olé!
